I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Privacy Policy is for informational purposes and primarily sets forth the rules governing the processing of personal data by the Controller, including the legal basis, purposes, and scope of such processing, as well as the rights of data subjects and information regarding the use of cookies and analytics tools.
II. DATA CONTROLLER
The Data Controller for personal data collected in the course of its business activities, including through its website, is ConnectPoint Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Zagadki 21, 02-227 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000347615.
III. INFORMATION ABOUT THE DATA PROTECTION OFFICER
Pursuant to Article 37 of the GDPR, the Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer but has designated a Company employee to perform the operational tasks specified in Article 39 of the GDPR for the Data Protection Officer. IV. LEGAL BASIS
Personal data collected in the course of our business activities, including through the website https://connectpoint.pl/, is processed by the Controller in accordance with applicable law, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)—hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR” or “GDPR Regulation”

Personal data collected in the course of our business activities, including through the website https://connectpoint.pl/ and social media, is processed by the Controller in accordance with the information notices (specifying the purpose, legal basis, and duration of personal data processing, as well as the transfer of data to third parties):

VI. INFORMATION ON DATA PROCESSING IN THE CONTEXT OF COOPERATION WITH CONTRACTORS

Your personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients:
- authorized employees and associates of ConnectPoint Sp. z o.o.,
- entities providing services to ConnectPoint Sp. z o.o., including: legal, marketing, employment agency, postal and courier, and IT services.
- Companies within our corporate group, as well as public authorities or other entities that process personal data on behalf of the controller, ensuring the security of personal data processing in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
Information on the Purposes and Legal Bases for the Processing of Personal Data
The personal data of the Counterparty and the persons representing the Counterparty will be processed by the Controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR for the purpose and to the extent necessary to conclude and perform the Agreement, carry out tasks or exercise rights related to its performance, as well as based on the grounds specified in Article 6(1)( (c) of the GDPR to comply with a legal obligation.
The data of designated contacts, coordinators, and persons responsible for the performance of the contract were obtained from the Contractor and will be processed as identification and contact data.
Information on the Period of Personal Data Processing
Personal data will be processed for the duration of the Contract and for a period of 3 years following its performance, unless the data subject objects to the processing of their data for reasons related to their particular situation, and the Controller fails to demonstrate the existence of valid, legally justified grounds for processing that override the interests, rights, and freedoms of that individual, or grounds for establishing, pursuing, or defending claims. In the event of claims arising from the performance of the Agreement, personal data will be processed until the Parties have exhausted all available legal remedies in this regard.
Information on the Obligation to Provide Data
Providing personal data as part of the cooperation is mandatory, and failure to provide such data may result in the inability to enter into cooperation.
Information on the rights of data subjects
The data subject may exercise the following rights with respect to the controller:
- to request access to their personal data and to have it rectified (Articles 15 and 16 of the GDPR),
- to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority—the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, Warsaw).
- withdraw consent at any time when the basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent), provided that the withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal.
In all other respects, these rights will not be exercised due to the failure to meet the conditions set forth in the GDPR.

Your personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients:
- authorized employees and associates of ConnectPoint Sp. z o.o.,
- entities providing services to ConnectPoint Sp. z o.o., including: legal, marketing, employment agency, postal and courier, and IT services.
- Companies within our corporate group, as well as public authorities or other entities that process personal data on behalf of the controller, ensuring the security of personal data processing in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
Information on the Purposes and Legal Bases for the Processing of Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed based on the grounds specified in Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, i.e., pursuant to Article 22[1] of the Labor Code. If a job applicant voluntarily provides a broader scope of personal data than required, such data will be processed based on the legal basis specified in Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e., on the basis of consent expressed in the form of a statement or a clear affirmative action, which is the act of sending the data. Pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, data will be processed for the purposes of future recruitment.
Information on the Period of Personal Data Processing
Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the recruitment process for a specific position, for no longer than 3 months from the selection of a candidate for that position, and for future recruitment processes, for a period of 1 year. Data processed on the basis of consent, regardless of the specified period, will be processed until such consent is withdrawn.
Information on the Obligation to Provide Data
Providing the data referred to in job postings and offers is required by specific legal provisions and is necessary for the effective conduct of the recruitment process. Failure to provide the data will result in the inability to participate in the recruitment process for the given position. Where a candidate provides data beyond what is required or for the purposes of future recruitment, such data is provided voluntarily.
Information on the Rights of Data Subjects
The data subject may exercise the following rights with respect to the controller:
- to request access to their personal data and to have it rectified (Articles 15 and 16 of the GDPR),
- to request the restriction of the processing of their data in the situations and under the conditions specified in Article 18 of the GDPR, or to request its erasure in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR (“the right to be forgotten”),
- withdraw consent at any time without providing a reason and without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal,
- to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority—the President of the Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, Warsaw).
In all other respects, these rights will not be exercised due to the failure to meet the conditions set forth in the GDPR.

Your personal data will be stored until the current electronic correspondence is completed, but no longer than until you withdraw your consent or object to such processing.

Providing personal data is voluntary; however, it is necessary for effective communication with the Data Controller.

Personal data will be processed for purposes related to communication on the Controller’s fan page available at:
LinkedIn – https://www.linkedin.com/company/connectpoint/, in particular to respond to reactions, comments, and private messages, as well as for statistical and advertising purposes carried out through tools provided by social media platforms. The processing of personal data is based on the controller’s legitimate interest, which is to communicate with users of and Social Media , pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Furthermore, ConnectPoint Sp. z o.o. hereby informs you that:
LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company is a joint controller of personal data within the meaning of Article 26 of the GDPR, with respect to the processing of statistical and advertising data.
This joint processing involves the aggregate analysis of data for the purpose of displaying statistics on Fanpage user activity.
nd LinkedIn Ireland are jointly responsible for processing your data for the specified purposes:
- having a legal basis for processing data for the purposes of website statistics,
- ensuring the rights of data subjects are upheld,
- reporting data breaches to the supervisory authority and notifying the individuals affected by the breach of the incident,
- ensuring appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data.
Scope of ConnectPoint Sp. z o.o.’s liability for the processing of your data:
- having a legal basis for processing data for statistical purposes,
- fulfilling information obligations regarding the purposes of processing carried out by the Controller.

Information on transfers outside the European Economic Area
ConnectPoint Sp. z o.o. does not intend to transfer data to third countries (i.e., outside the European Economic Area, EEA) or to international organizations. However, due to the specific nature of LinkedIn’s operations and its international character, it is potentially possible for data to be transferred outside the EEA (this is beyond our control). The basis for such a transfer is the standard contractual clauses used by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company and approved by the European Commission; in the case of transfers to the United States, it is the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
X. INFORMATION ON DATA PROCESSING IN CONNECTION WITH VIDEO SURVEILLANCE AND THE GPS SYSTEM

Your personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients:
- authorized employees and associates of ConnectPoint Sp. z o.o.,
- entities providing services to ConnectPoint Sp. z o.o., including: legal, marketing, employment agency, postal and courier, and IT services.
- Companies within our corporate group, as well as public authorities or other entities that process personal data on behalf of the controller, ensuring the security of personal data processing in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
Information on the purposes and legal bases for the processing of personal data
- Video surveillance – personal data in the form of images will be processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., in the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, which is the need to ensure the safety and protection of persons and property in the monitored area.
- GPS system – personal data will be processed as part of location tracking (GPS system) to ensure the protection of property, the optimal use of the vehicle fleet owned by ConnectPoint Sp. z o.o., and cost optimization (Article 223 § 4 of the Labor Code).
Information on the Period of Personal Data Processing
Your personal data will be processed by authorized persons for the period necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above, but no longer than 3 months from the date of registration in the IT system (location data and video surveillance recordings).
Information on the Obligation to Provide Data
The processing of image data and location data is necessary to ensure employee safety, protect property, monitor ongoing processes, and maintain the confidentiality of information.
Video surveillance does not cover restrooms or break rooms.
If a vehicle user has received the Administrator’s permission to use the vehicle for private purposes, the system does not record location data when the GPS system is switched to private mode.

- the employee’s exercise of rights provided for under labor law in connection with employment—Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR,
- calculation of the employee’s compensation and benefits to which the employee is entitled in connection with employment—Article 6(1)(b) in conjunction with Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR,
- fulfillment of the employer’s public law obligations related to employment (e.g., tax office, Social Insurance Institution, Employee Capital Plan) – Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR,
- where data is processed in connection with the implementation of a project funded by the EU, for the purposes of reporting or project accounting—Article 6(1)(b) in conjunction with Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR,
- fulfillment of the employer’s obligations regarding the provision of a safe work environment (occupational health and safety)—Article 6(1)(c) and Article 9(2)(b) of the GDPR,
- fulfilling the employer’s obligations related to occupational medicine—Article 6(1)(c) and Article 9(2)(h) of the GDPR,
- telephone or email contact (using a personal phone number and/or email address provided during the recruitment process) with an employee in connection with employment, but not for business purposes—Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR,
- after obtaining additional consent, for purposes related to team-building, informational, promotional, or cultural activities conducted by the Controller as an employer—Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR,
- to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims arising from the employment relationship—Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR,
- the use of video surveillance to ensure employee safety, protect property, and monitor information—Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR,
- archiving purposes—Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
Information on the Period of Personal Data Processing
Your personal data will be processed for the period required by applicable law, i.e., 10 years. Since some data may be processed based on consent, the specified processing period may be shortened, depending on when you object, withdraw your consent, or the purpose of processing ceases to exist.
Information on the obligation to provide data
Providing data for purposes based on the employee’s consent is voluntary but necessary to achieve those purposes. In the case of data processed in connection with the employment relationship or pursuant to legal provisions, providing data is mandatory and stems from employment regulations—in particular, the Labor Code, tax regulations, and social security regulations. Failure to provide data will result in the Controller being unable to employ the individual.

The data subject may exercise the following rights with respect to the controller:
- the right to request access to their personal data (Article 15 of the GDPR),
- the right to request rectification of their personal data (Article 16 of the GDPR),
- the right to restrict the processing of their data in the situations and under the conditions specified in Article 18 of the GDPR, or to have it erased in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR (“the right to be forgotten”),
- the right to object at any time to the processing of their personal data for reasons related to their particular situation, as referred to in Article 21(1) of the GDPR.

- Your personal data collected in connection with a pending appeal, complaint, or claim is processed
for the purpose of reviewing them and ensuring the high quality of services provided by the Controller. - Your personal data is processed for the purpose of performing the contract and on the basis of legal provisions regarding warranty for defects, as well as on the basis of the so-called legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, i.e., the continuous improvement of the quality of services provided
- The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purposes specified above is Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) of the GDPR.
Information on the period of personal data processing.
During the complaint process, your personal data will be stored for 6 years from the last action taken on the personal data in connection with the handling of the complaint. After this period expires, your data will be completely deleted from the Controller’s records.
Information regarding the obligation to provide data.
Providing personal data in this process is voluntary; however, failure to provide such data may result in the inability to identify the services for which the complaint is filed and may prevent us from providing information regarding the decision on the submitted complaint.

The data subject may exercise the following rights with respect to the controller:
- to request access to their personal data and to have it rectified (Articles 15 and 16 of the GDPR),
- to request the restriction of the processing of their data in the situations and under the conditions specified in Article 18 of the GDPR, or to request its erasure in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR (“the right to be forgotten”),

XIII. INFORMATION ON DATA PROCESSING FOR WHISTLEBLOWERS
Information on Recipients of Personal Data.
Your personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients:
- authorized employees and associates of ConnectPoint Sp. z o. o. responsible for receiving and verifying internal reports,
- entities providing services to ConnectPoint Sp. z o. o., including, in particular: legal and IT services (e.g., providers of systems for handling reports),
- companies within our corporate group, and authorized public authorities (e.g., the Ombudsman or law enforcement agencies), pursuant to mandatory legal provisions. The whistleblower’s identity is strictly protected.
Information on the purposes and legal bases for the processing of personal data:
Your personal data collected as part of the legal violation reporting procedure (including from the whistleblower) is processed for the purposes of receiving reports, verifying them, conducting investigations, taking follow-up actions, and communicating.
The legal basis for processing personal data for the purposes specified above is:
- Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR—processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject, arising from the Whistleblower Protection Act,
- Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR—the legitimate interest pursued by the controller, consisting of the possible establishment, pursuit, or defense against claims, as well as the promotion of the Company’s ethical standards.
Information on the retention period for personal data.
Personal data collected in the internal reporting registry and as part of follow-up actions will be retained for a period of 3 years following the end of the calendar year in which the follow-up actions were completed, or following the conclusion of any proceedings initiated as a result of those actions, in accordance with the requirements of the Whistleblower Protection Act. After this period, the data will be deleted.
Information on the obligation to provide data.
Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide it (in cases where the report is not anonymous) will prevent us from providing you with feedback regarding the receipt of your report and any planned or taken follow-up actions.
Information on the rights of data subjects. The data subject may exercise the following rights with respect to the controller:
- to request access to their personal data and to have it rectified (Articles 15 and 16 of the GDPR),
- to request the restriction of the processing of their data in the situations and under the conditions specified in Article 18 of the GDPR, or to request its erasure in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR (“the right to be forgotten”),
- to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority—the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, Warsaw).

Note: The right of access to information about the source of the data (the identity of the whistleblower) is subject to significant legal restrictions in order to protect the person making the report.
