We are constantly developing, but we still focus on a simple and friendly structure. We have developed our own work model that really works. Thanks to it, everyone has an impact on the functioning of the company, and we have reduced formalities to a minimum.

We value transparent communication. We operate based on a clearly defined vision and mission of the company, and all rules regarding work, career path, development and training opportunities, bonuses and benefits are made available on the internal portal.

We focus on the development of our employees, because their knowledge and skills are the driving force of the company. We finance individual training, courses and certificates, learning foreign languages.

We have four offices – three in Poland and one in Germany. Remote work has always been our daily routine, because we carry out most projects together. Although many of us work from home, we also value face-to-face meetings and combine remote work with the possibility of using a comfortable office.
