This is the leading international standard for information security management. The certification audit was conducted by GSC Quality. The certificate was issued on November 3, 2025 and is valid for three years.

This is a key milestone for ConnectPoint as well as for our partners and customers. It confirms the company’s operational maturity and alignment with internationally recognized security standards. These aspects are particularly important in the energy, utilities, and modern IT services sectors, where trust and data protection are fundamental to long-term cooperation.

What is ISO/IEC 27001?

ISO/IEC 27001 is a globally recognized standard that defines the requirements for an Information Security Management System (ISMS). It covers, among other things:

  • identifying, assessing, and controlling risks related to information processing,
  • ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data,
  • implementing a clearly defined set of organizational and technical security controls,
  • continuously improving processes related to information security.

Achieving this certification means that an organization meets stringent data protection requirements and is committed to continuously enhancing its approach to risk management.

What does this mean for our customers and partners?

Obtaining ISO/IEC 27001 certification not only confirms the maturity of our internal processes, but more importantly delivers tangible value for our customers:

  • Security of entrusted information – we apply proven, independently audited data protection practices.
  • Alignment with international standards – our operations are consistent with global requirements for information security.
  • Continuous improvement – we regularly enhance our procedures and systems to maintain the highest level of security.

The ISO/IEC 27001 certificate confirms that the processes and practices used at ConnectPoint meet international requirements for information security management. This is especially important in the energy, utilities, and IT services sectors, where we work with sensitive data and systems that are critical to our customers’ operations.

Earning this certification is the result of a company-wide effort at ConnectPoint. Together, we have implemented and embedded standards that directly translate into the quality and reliability of our services. This has included: harmonizing security policies and procedures, structuring and strengthening our risk management processes, enhancing access control and identity management, conducting regular tests and technical reviews and introducing formalized security standards across the entire organization.
