Connectpoint opens an office in Germany

Together with local business partners Wolfgang Kohl and MVNECO GmbH, ConnectPoint has opened an office in West Germany in Düsseldorf.

We want to deliver increasingly better services to our international clients. Opening a German office will allow us to serve our customers like E.ON and Stadtwerke Leipzig locally. This is another crucial step that ensures the dynamic growth of our company.

Kai Kulas, a manager with more than 20 years of experience in corporate and IT project management in Europe, has been appointed Managing Director.

“Since studying economics in Wuppertal/Nottingham, I have been working in data-related industries. I have worked for large organisations such as E-Plus/Telefonica and in medium-sized companies such as Net-Mobile AG. What always drives me are new technologies and how I can use them to create value for a group of customers (B2C and B2B).

I started working with ConnectPoint when they opened their first abroad office at the beginning of the year. ConnectPoint develops innovative technologies for utilities and manufacturing companies. They are always thinking about creating value from enterprise data.

Everything came together: the company focuses on the latest technologies and has a great team of diverse developers and managers. I felt the excitement of being able to grow a successful company, so I applied for the CEO position. I was fortunate that the shareholders shared my view on the future of ConnectPoint GmbH. Opening an office in the heart of Düsseldorf is just the beginning!”
