Webinar “Meter data as a source of better business processes”

ConnectPoint has been working with district heating companies in Poland (Veolia, PGE) and abroad (Leipziger Stadtwerke) for the last ten years on leveraging the power of infrastructure data. We have prepared a webinar in the Polish language to share our knowledge and solutions from these implementations.

Telemetry in district heating is often seen as an obligation rather than an opportunity. However, meter data allows us not only to bill customers but also to detect problems in the infrastructure and learn about customer behaviour patterns. In the webinar, we talk about how to approach meter data, and we share best practices.
